Payment of the registration fee must be submitted in advance according to the terms of payment. Registration fees are only available when both registration and payment are submitted before 15 June, 2012 (early registration: before 15 May, 2012) Upon receipt of the registration form the Conference Secretariat will confirm your registration by fax or e-mail. All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.

*please supply University and department affiliation. Please note that due to budgetary concerns, BOS12 may not be able to accept all student applications. A paid student registration will be either confirmed or declined by June 1, 2012. The Organizing Committee doesn't anticipate the need to decline any registrations but to assure a place at BOS12, please consider registering at the full registration fee.
The deadline for receipt of applications is 15 June 2012.
Registration fee includes
- Conference materials and abstract book
- Coffee/tea during breaks
- Welcome reception
- Walking tour in Tallinn (please use the conference registration form for booking)
- Accompanying person fee includes the welcome reception, the walking tour in Tallinn and the closing banquet
Lunch tickets
Lunch tickets can be purchased on-site. Please use the conference registration form for pre-booking (payment on-site).
Closing Banquet
The Closing Banquet is not included in the registration fee. Tickets can be purchased when registering for the conference for a fee 55 EUR (student fee: 35 EUR), payable in advance together with the registration fee. Please use the conference registration form for booking.
Post conference tour
Tour is not included in the registration fee. Price is 60 EUR. Booking and payment should be made with accommodations reservation. Or contacting with conference official travel agency
Terms of Payment
The registration fee must be paid in advance to the Conference Secretariat by bank transfer or by credit card; further information.
Credit cards will be accepted. Please fill in the corresponding section of the registration form. Please note that payments will not be made directly via this website for security purposes. Please mail, fax or email the payment application to Conference Secretariat.
